FunlopAIO started out as a simple server where I would monitor local sneaker retailers for new drops, and send notifications to my friends. It has since grown to become a full-fledged sneaker release monitoring service - with a custom Discord bot for user commands, a REST API for admin functions, and a growing community of active users.

This project was a way for me to learn more about web scraping, API development, and server management. Despite it starting out as a simple Python project that helped me buy sneakers every week, I would've never imagined it would be able to stand the test of time after more than 5 years on the market. While still active, the project is now in maintenance mode, with no new features being currently developed.

Many of the users from the beginning of the project are still active today, and I'm grateful for their support and feedback. Some of them have even become business owners themselves, and are now using FunlopAIO to monitor sneaker releases for their own stores. I'm proud to have been one of the first people in Romania to offer this service without having to rely on third-party services.
